Billy started with The Pool Company, Inc. in 2013 as a Project Manager. With a rich family history going back several generations in the swimming pool industry, Billy has a great respect and a deep understanding for swimming pools and the swimming pool construction process.
In the late 80’s, around the Los Angeles area, Billy began his experience in the swimming pool industry working alongside his father in the construction phase of swimming pools starting his experience on the installation of pool rebar. While working for his father’s business during the summers, Billy began to build his knowledge with one of Southern California’s swimming pool contractors well-known for a strong work ethic and a quality product.
Billy moved with his family to Idaho, just outside of Boise, in the early 90’s and after High School further developed his knowledge of the pool industry by continuing to work with his family for Idaho’s largest pool builder of high end residential swimming pools. Building some of the most spectacular views in some of the best venues Idaho’s scenery has to offer, Billy gained an important understanding of the complete construction phase and quality of the swimming pool industry.
In 2000 Billy was given the opportunity to work for distribution in the pool and spa industry where he began to develop a vast understanding and education for the many facets of the industry and gained an extensive knowledge of the industry history, its manufactures, and its relationships. With this opportunity came great training in customer service, product handling, office management, team organization and business professionalism.
When Billy is not at work he enjoys hiking, camping and photography with his wife and two children. Keeping constantly busy, Billy and his family often find themselves exploring the western United States whenever possible.
